1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "don999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the don999 online gaming platform accessible at https://don999.bet and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the don999 platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the player into their don999 account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) don999 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. don999 reserves the right to verify this information against identity documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. don999 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

don999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. don999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not matching the verified identity on the account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. Before any withdrawal is processed, don999 may require completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which involves submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address.

don999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined and funds being returned to your Real Money Balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

don999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all don999 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a default validity period of 30 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
• don999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7Betting Rules

All wagers placed on don999 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• A wager is confirmed and binding once you have clicked the relevant confirmation button and received an on-screen confirmation from the don999 system. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• don999 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed as a result of a technical malfunction, or placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a software or data feed error.
• In the event of a sports event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, don999's sports betting rules — published in the Sports section of the platform — govern how affected bets are settled.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and may vary by product, event, or player account status.
• Winnings from valid wagers will be credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon settlement. In live casino games, settlement occurs at the conclusion of each hand, round, or spin. In sports betting, settlement occurs once the relevant event result is officially confirmed.
• don999's decision on the settlement of all wagers is final and binding. Disputes regarding wager settlement must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on don999 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with don999 games, place wagers, or exploit platform features in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any competitive gaming format available on don999.

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using don999 as a mechanism to disguise the origin of illicit funds.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing don999 staff in any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with don999.

don999 employs active fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, game studios, and relevant authorities to identify and action prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above may have their accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant financial and legal authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the don999 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

In any event, don999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit don999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any reason not attributable to player misconduct, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting don999 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion closures are actioned immediately.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of don999 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to don999's operating jurisdiction. don999 operates in compliance with internationally recognised online gaming standards.

In the event of a dispute between you and don999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through don999's internal complaints process. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15Amendments to These Terms

don999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the don999 website at https://don999.bet/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
